I teamed up with engineering pros to transform the way we bank—introducing modern, scalable solutions like APIs and microservices. But we didn’t just stop there. By reimagining workflows, we slashed operational costs by 75% and supercharged transaction efficiency by an eye-popping 89%. Talk about making waves in the fintech space!

I reimagined customer service workflows, weaving in smart monitoring tools that turbocharged response times by 60%. On top of that, I created dynamic knowledge bases and streamlined technical documentation, boosting internal training and earning major respect across teams.

While pursuing my Master’s in Computer Systems Technology (cybersecurity & AI/ML) at LSUS, I put theory into action. I built an LSTM-driven Students Assist Chatbot hitting nearly 90% accuracy, and crafted an automated ECommerce framework with Java and Selenium. In other words, I chose practical impact over endless coding exercises.

Earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology, diving deep into the art of problem-solving with tech. From advanced systems design to strategic IT management, this journey sharpened my skills in crafting innovative, scalable solutions for real-world challenges.

Spent my days coding algorithms, debugging endless lines of code, and mastering the art of making computers do cool stuff. Oh, and as Vice President of the student body, I juggled leadership, events, and late-night coding sessions like a pro.
